The Yes Mama Portrait Series is an immersive art experience that brings the realities of motherhood into vivid, tender focus through photography and storytelling. We are inviting 10 mothers to participate in this next phase of the series, which will feature intimate portraits and personal interviews that honor the full spectrum of the mothering experience.

This is more than an exhibition—it’s a living archive of love, labor, resistance, and care. Through raw, expressive visuals and the voices of mothers themselves, the project seeks to deepen collective understanding and spark new conversations around what it means to mother in today’s world. Must be based in New Orleans, deadline to apply is June 22, 2025.
